Improved geometry

The new Slyway recumbent bike frames have a shorter wheel base for a better control in corners.  Shorter rear frame, and smaller rear droppouts, in order to save weight and improve geometry. Seat position is set a little back respect to the old frame. This give you a better weight distribution and great stability. Morpheus seat is equiped with a new multi-pivot system. Rear frame fit any wheel with 135 mm mtb disc hub.

The best ergonomy

The seat provides a solid support to push on the pedals. New Morpheus seat multi-pivot system (9 positions) allow you to adjust the bottom bracket - seat difference in height: this is very important to push on pedals in the best way. Seat angle is also adjustable from 25° to 40° with 9 seatpost pivot point. Morpheus seat feature an upper sliding section for perfect size adaptability and best comfort. The large openings in combination with a Ventisit breathable seat pad offer the maximum ventilation of the back. Slyway Fixy stem feature adjustable handlebar angle for best wrists and arms comfort. The handlebar width can be customized: it is recommended to use a wide handlebar for touring, narrow handlebar for a sporty riding. Optional Open Cockpit feature angle forward stem. The handlebar give a more straight arm position and a spacious feel, and make it very easy to get on and off the bike.

Great mechanics

Each frame is designed in Cremona, and is handbuilt in Bassano del Grappa, in small series, with attention to details and quality guaranteed by the craftsmanship. New Morpheus seat is 125 gr lighter than previous edition. V-post CNC seatpost with an improved design, is 100 gr lighter than previous edition. Bike frame is designed for a smooth and low friction chain line. Rear dropout feature a replaceable rear derailleur hanger. Long front derailleur tube, allow you to use oversize chain rings. Aluminium alloy eccentric ring, allow you to micro-adjust the front derailleur position. Derailleurs and brakes cables are inside the frame. Each bike is assembled and customized according to your own needs.

EXPLORER is the versatile recumbent bike for any kind of use: leasure, touring, fitness.
Above seat steering handlebar give you a more direct control compared with the uss.
26" wheels put the bike higher to the ground and make it more safe on the road. Avid mechanical disc brakes are very powerfull and easy tunable. Brakes maintenance is very easy. Explorer is suitable for off road use. Main frame can mount a suspended front fork and off-road tires, up to size 26x1.75 . Morpheus seat can fit most travel bags made by Radical Design.  The bicycle may be transported into most cars, removing only the front wheel.
