The Explorer is the under the seat steering version of the Cruiser.
Because of the indirect understeering (the steer is connected to the fork with a control lever), the bicycle has a small turning cycle and a relaxed position of arms and shoulders. The Explorer is praised for its comfort and predictable and easy steering character.

Just like all of our other models there are many options available, allowing the possibility to adjust the Explorer entirely to your own needs. The recumbent of the year 2001 is getting lighter, better and more versatile each year.
Detail of the crankset for the 3 x 9 Deore version. Battery enabled lighting (option) is installed on a cam on the front pipe and can be removed in seconds. Alternatively it is also possible to install the traditional dynamo lighting or a hub dynamo.
